Hired the gold package for a hen party – the guy who delivered it was very professional and arrived on time for both delivery and collection. The equipment was high quality and had every song we wanted. It was really easy to use. The customer service in the office was fab throughout the bookings procedure. All set up before we arrived and showed us how it all worked. Easy to use and sounded great (!). Prompt collection. All very easy and extremely friendly staff. Thank you HireKaraoke for making the whole process so straight forward. We are a small group of mainly retired people and have not had a Karaoke event before so were quite nervous of how it would turn out. The company were very easy to contact, there were good payment options and the equipment arrived/picked up in the one hour timeslots as arranged. Packaging was very good. The instructions were very clear and very easy to follow, choice of songs was excellent and we had a brilliant evening.
I hired the silver package for my 40th birthday. On time delivery and a lovely guy showed me how to use the easy equipment. My family, friends and I had a blast. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend.

The whole process was very simple, the equipment was much better than expected and was great value for money, loads of chart hits meant that we couldn’t get the kids off it.
