1. If a supplier is unable to attend a booking due to death, serious illness or urgent unforeseen circumstances, Hire Karaoke will endeavour to replace the supplier with one of at least the same quality.

2. If a booking is cancelled by the client more than 28 days prior to the booking date then the ckient will lose the booking fee/deposit only

3. If the booking is cancelled by the client between 28 days and 14 days prior to the booking date then 50% of the total fee will be payable

4. In the event of a booking being cancelled within a 7 day period prior to the event date, the total fee will payable by the client.

5. If an event is cancelled due to death or serious illnes the cancellation fee may be waived at the descretion of the company.
